Estos Términos y Condiciones ("Términos") regulan el acceso y uso del sitio xentris.tech y de los servicios de xentris LLC, sociedad constituida en Delaware, EE. UU. ("Xentris"). Al usar el sitio o contratar nuestros servicios, aceptas estos Términos. Si no estás de acuerdo, no uses el sitio.
Debes tener al menos 18 años y capacidad legal para contratar. Si actúas en nombre de una empresa, declaras tener autoridad para vincularla.
Xentris ofrece servicios de tecnología: desarrollo de software, automatización de procesos, soluciones de inteligencia artificial (incluidos asistentes y agentes de IA, y plataformas como AutoSGSST), consultoría y herramientas de análisis. El alcance concreto de cada proyecto se define en la propuesta o contrato correspondiente.
Importante: el contenido, las herramientas de análisis y los documentos que Xentris pueda generar (incluidos los de seguridad y salud en el trabajo, o cualquier contenido educativo) tienen fines informativos y de apoyo. No constituyen asesoría legal, financiera, de inversión, fiscal ni profesional especializada. Debes validar los resultados con un profesional licenciado antes de usarlos.
Si un servicio requiere cuenta, eres responsable de la confidencialidad de tus credenciales y de la actividad realizada con ellas. Notifícanos accesos no autorizados a info@xentris.tech.
Los precios y condiciones de pago se pactan por propuesta o se muestran antes de contratar. Los pagos se procesan mediante Stripe; no almacenamos números completos de tarjeta. Salvo pacto o ley en contrario, los pagos por servicios prestados no son reembolsables.
Te comprometes a no: (a) infringir leyes o derechos de terceros; (b) intentar vulnerar la seguridad del sitio o de nuestros sistemas; (c) usar scraping masivo o ingeniería inversa no autorizada; (d) suplantar identidades; (e) usar los servicios para generar contenido ilegal, difamatorio o dañino.
El sitio, la marca Xentris, su contenido, código y materiales son propiedad de xentris LLC o de sus licenciantes. La propiedad de los entregables desarrollados para clientes se regula en el contrato de cada proyecto. No se te concede ninguna licencia salvo la de uso normal del sitio.
El sitio puede integrar o enlazar servicios de terceros (proveedores de IA, pasarelas de pago, plataformas de análisis). No controlamos ni respondemos por sus contenidos o prácticas; se rigen por sus propios términos.
El sitio y los servicios se proporcionan "tal cual" y "según disponibilidad", sin garantías de ningún tipo, expresas o implícitas, incluidas las de comerciabilidad, idoneidad para un fin particular y no infracción. No garantizamos que el sitio esté libre de errores o interrupciones.
En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, xentris LLC no será responsable por daños indirectos, incidentales, especiales, consecuentes o punitivos, ni por pérdida de beneficios, datos o fondo de comercio. La responsabilidad total agregada de Xentris frente a ti por cualquier reclamo no excederá el monto pagado por ti a Xentris en los 12 meses anteriores al hecho que origine la reclamación (o USD 100 si no hubo pagos).
Aceptas indemnizar y mantener indemne a xentris LLC frente a reclamos de terceros derivados de tu uso del sitio o incumplimiento de estos Términos.
Podemos suspender o terminar el acceso al sitio o servicios ante incumplimientos de estos Términos. Las cláusulas que por su naturaleza deban sobrevivir (propiedad intelectual, limitación de responsabilidad, disputas) seguirán vigentes.
Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes del Estado de Delaware, EE. UU., sin atender a sus normas de conflicto de leyes. Toda controversia se resolverá mediante arbitraje vinculante e individual administrado conforme a las reglas de arbitraje comercial aplicables, con sede en Delaware, EE. UU., en idioma inglés. Renuncias a participar en acciones colectivas. Lo anterior no impide reclamos en tribunales de menor cuantía ni medidas cautelares para proteger propiedad intelectual.
Podemos modificar estos Términos publicando la versión actualizada con su fecha. El uso continuado tras el cambio implica aceptación.

These Terms govern access to and use of xentris.tech and the services of xentris LLC, a Delaware, USA limited liability company ("Xentris"). By using the site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity. If you act for a company, you represent you have authority to bind it.
Xentris provides technology services: software development, process automation, AI solutions (including AI assistants and agents, and platforms such as AutoSGSST), consulting and analytics tools. Project scope is defined in each proposal or agreement.
Important: content, analysis tools and documents that Xentris may generate (including occupational health & safety materials or any educational content) are for informational and supporting purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, investment, tax or specialized professional advice. Validate outputs with a licensed professional before relying on them.
You are responsible for your credentials and activity under them. Report unauthorized access to info@xentris.tech.
Prices and payment terms are agreed per proposal or shown before purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers. Unless otherwise agreed or required by law, fees for rendered services are non-refundable.
You agree not to: (a) violate laws or third-party rights; (b) attempt to breach our security; (c) engage in unauthorized scraping or reverse engineering; (d) impersonate others; (e) use the services to produce illegal or harmful content.
The site, the Xentris brand, content and code belong to xentris LLC or its licensors. Ownership of client deliverables is governed by each project agreement.
The site may integrate third-party services (AI providers, payment processors, analytics). They are governed by their own terms; we are not responsible for them.
The site and services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, xentris LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data or goodwill. Xentris' aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts you paid to Xentris in the 12 months preceding the claim (or USD 100 if none).
You agree to indemnify and hold xentris LLC harmless from third-party claims arising from your use of the site or breach of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. Clauses that should survive termination will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any dispute shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration seated in Delaware, USA, in English, under applicable commercial arbitration rules. You waive participation in class actions. Small-claims actions and injunctive relief for IP protection remain available.
